IMHS Director – North Carolina National Guard
Anticipated Salary: $135,000–$145,000 annually
Status: Contingent upon federal contract award
The IMHS Director will provide program leadership and oversight for statewide behavioral-health services supporting North Carolina National Guard members, other Reserve Component members, and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Program and clinical oversight, personnel coordination, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, crisis-response support, reporting, multi-site program management, and participation in the IMHS Help Line rotation.
Key Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling; current independent North Carolina LCSW, LCMHC/qualifying equivalent, or LMFT license; approximately 10 years of full-time post-licensure behavioral-health experience; supervisory and mental-health program development/implementation experience; experience planning and directing multi-site programs; professional liability insurance; and current certification/licensure in evidence-based treatment for psychological trauma.
Military/public-safety behavioral-health experience is preferred.

Lead Psychotherapist – North Carolina National Guard IMHS
Anticipated Salary: $100,000–$105,000 annually
Status: Contingent upon federal contract award
The Lead Psychotherapist will provide clinical behavioral-health services while supporting clinical quality and coordination across the IMHS team.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical case management, crisis response, standardized chart reviews, clinical meetings, coordination with clinical and non-clinical case managers, participation in the IMHS Help Line rotation, and Acting Director coverage when required.
Key Qualifications:
Current independent North Carolina LCSW, LCMHC/LPC-equivalent, or LMFT license; professional liability insurance; and at least three years of applicable post-licensure clinical behavioral-health experience involving individuals, couples and/or families.
Current certification/licensure in evidence-based treatment for psychological trauma is required.

Licensed Psychotherapist / Clinical Case Manager
Anticipated Salary: $96,000–$98,000 annually
Status: Contingent upon federal contract award
The Licensed Psychotherapist / Clinical Case Manager will provide clinical assessment, case management, behavioral-health support, crisis intervention, and coordination of care for the North Carolina National Guard IMHS program.
Key Responsibilities:
Individual, couple and family behavioral-health support; clinical assessment; case management; crisis intervention; care coordination; documentation; telephonic and in-person services; and participation in the rotating after-hours IMHS Help Line.
Key Qualifications:
Current independent North Carolina LCSW, LCMHC/LPC-equivalent, or LMFT license; professional liability insurance; at least three years of qualifying post-licensure clinical behavioral-health experience; and the required trauma-focused evidence-based treatment credential/licensure.

The IMHS Coordinator will support program operations, coordination, documentation, reporting, case-management workflow, and communications for the statewide North Carolina National Guard Integrated Mental Health Services program.
Key Responsibilities:
Program coordination, documentation and reporting, case-management workflow support, communications, and coordination of program activities.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an applicable behavioral-health or social-science discipline. Relevant postgraduate behavioral-health program-management experience and experience working with community agencies and/or military populations are strongly preferred.

Wellness Advocate / Non-Clinical Case Manager

The Wellness Advocate / Non-Clinical Case Manager will support North Carolina National Guard members and families through non-clinical case management, resource coordination, outreach, documentation, referrals, and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Non-clinical case management, resource coordination, community outreach, documentation, referrals, follow-up, and statewide support. Wellness Advocates are mobile members of the IMHS program and should expect travel.
Key Qualifications:
Candidates must meet the applicable PWS education and postgraduate social-work/social-services experience requirements. Military-setting experience is particularly important for this requirement.
